I spent a lot of time putting together a very thorough listing of my rental, please read it all to make sure you know exactly where you are booking and what is offered before you book, I would so greatly appreciate it! Thank you! || 1. Events are not allowed 2. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am 3. Max number of guests is 6 4. Arrival time is at least 3pm and leaving time is 10am 5. If you would like an early check in or a late check out please inquire with host if home is available. $35 fee for an early check in or a late check out 6. Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaping/Drug Use of any kind at the property allowed. Host is allergic. If this rule is broken you will be fined. Please be respectful of this 7. The Island house has 1 electric golf cart to rent during your stay that is available for 2 of her properties for an additional fee - if interested please contact host. First come first serve-best to reserve as soon as you know you want it. Waiver would need to be signed. 8. There is a resort fee per stay that is divided up and added into your nightly cost to cover use of the pool/spa, private boat launch and clubhouse activities. This guest charge has newly been added by our community 9. Home is to be left in a clean condition 10. Pets are allowed, there is a $65 per Pet Fee, max of 2. Please make sure to add a pet in your reservation for it to be included if you do not I will send a request for payment. You will see this extra amount show up in your booking amount. 11. All pets must be house trained in order to stay at the rental. Pets are to be friendly and cleaned up after. Pet waste is to be picked up right away and thrown in outside garbage 12. If there’s any damage from you and your guests or pets etc. you will be charged an additional fee at check out to pay to clean/fix damages 13. Please do not remove any items and/or keys/guest passes from rental. If any items are missing you will be charged the item fee plus an additional fee 14. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level so all can enjoy the beautiful surroundings 15. Please also note there is NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in pool area. All pool/clubhouse rules need to be followed. These rules are posted within the pool deck. If I receive a call from association due to any smoking or disruption reports in the pool/clubhouse area you will be charged an additional fee and risk not being able to use the facilities 16. You cannot use/walk through neighbors yards/docks/seawalls. only exception is using our path to get to our dock 17. Guest tags need to be carried at all times if using pool/clubhouse facilities HAVE FUN!!! Before you leave: Gather used towels & start load Throw trash away Turn things off Return keys Lock up Additional requests: 1.Please make sure pool passes & boat key clipped in book. 2.Please leave home clean & tidy. 3. Windows closed. 4. Place items back where they were upon arrival. 5. Please start dishwasher. No dirty dishes 6. Alert me to anything broken/missing, flats, issues with golf cart/bikes 7. If you rented golf cart please leave plugged in & covered 8.linens can stay put 9.clean grill 10.clean up after pets
