We are a true family-run team! For nearly 6 years, we have managed our properties entirely in-house. As a single mom, building this rental business has been a total labor of love. My daughter used to help a lot as well before heading to college, my 2 sons have stepped up as my primary crew. They help me tackle maintenance fixes, property turnovers and guest details.

Our family's deep commitment to excellence has earned us a proud 4.9 star overall rating on major platforms. But our journey hasn't just been about hosting great vacations - it's about resilience.

Rising From the Storm

in 2022, Hurricane Ian hit our community hard, leaving our original house (Purple house) half destroyed. Instead of walking away, my kids and I paused our rental business, lived inside the house, rolled up our sleeves and worked side by side to rebuild it from the inside out.

We didn't stop there. The lot next driveway over belonged to a family whose home was completely wiped out by the Storm. We bought that raw land, cleared the debris and built a brand new home from the ground up. Today, that new property (Manatee House) sits at a perfect 5 star rating. Standing together on the same street, these houses represent our family's absolute refusal to give up! To come back from a total shutdown to now seeing these properties completely thriving and full of life again is a dream come true!

Our Future Legacy

My ultimate dream as a single mom is to be able to pass down one home to each of my 3 kids, all right here on the very same street.

I'm not just building a business for them - I am building a foundation for our future. I want a place where future grand kids can grow up running back and forth between houses, where our families can gather to nurse each other through tough times, celebrate the good times, and create beautiful memories together.
