You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect. Checking in and out: Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM Self check-in with lockbox During your stay: 6 guests maximum Pets allowed Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM No parties or events No smoking Additional rules: **You agree you read my entire listing details on the site, including neighborhood highlights, viewing all pictures & captions and clicking and zooming in on location on map provided to see where house is. I spent a lot of time putting together a very thorough listing of my rental, please read it all to make sure you know exactly where you are booking and what is offered before you book** I would so greatly appreciate you taking this step before you book. Thank you! **Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaping/Drug Use of any kind inside the property or in our direct yard allowed. If this rule is broken you will be fined. Please be respectful of this as host is highly allergic*** **My cancellation policy will be adhered to. If you have any potential concerns, please purchase travel insurance to go along with your booking… thank you.** **Home is to be left in a clean condition** ** If you would like an early check in or a late check out please inquire with host if home is available. $35 fee for an early check in or a late check out** **The Island house has an electric golf cart to rent during your stay for an additional fee - if interested please contact host. Waiver would need to be signed. ** **There is a resort fee per stay that is divided up and added into your nightly cost to cover use of the pool/spa, private boat launch and clubhouse activities. This guest charge has newly been added by our community** **There is a $65 per pet pet fee, max 2 animals. Please make sure to add a pet in your reservation for it to be included if you do not I will send a request for payment. You will see this extra amount show up in your booking amount. Max of 2.** **All pets must be house trained in order to stay at the rental. Pets are to be friendly and cleaned up after. Pet waste is to be picked up right away and thrown in outside garbage** **If there’s any damage from you and your guests or pets etc. you will be charged an additional fee at check out to pay to clean/fix damages** **Please do not remove any items and/or keys/guest passes from rental. If any items are missing you will be charged the item fee plus an additional fee** **Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level so all can enjoy the beautiful surroundings** **Please also note there is NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in pool area** All pool/clubhouse rules need to be followed. These rules are posted within the pool deck. If I receive a call from association due to any smoking or disruption reports in the pool/clubhouse area you will be charged an additional fee and risk not being able to use the facilities** **You cannot use or walk through neighbors yards/docks/seawalls. Only exception is utilizing our easement path to get to our dock.** **Guest tags need to be carried at all times if using pool/clubhouse facilities** HAVE FUN! Before you leave: Gather used towels & start load Throw trash away Turn things off Return keys Lock up Additional requests: 1.Please make sure pool passes and boat key are clipped in book. 2.Please leave home clean & tidy. 3. Windows closed. 4. Place items back where they were upon arrival. 5. Please start dishwasher.No dirty dishes 6. Alert me to anything broken/missing, flats, issues with golf cart/bikes 7. If you rented golf cart please leave plugged in 8. clean grill 9. clean up after pets 10. Linens can stay put
